Killiecrankie, ry. sta., Moulin par., Perthshire, 3 miles SE. of Blair Athole; P.O., T.O.; the Pass of Killiecrankie, on river Garry, extends from Killiecrankie sta. 1½ mile SE. to Garry Bridge 2½ miles NW. of Pitlochry, and is traversed by the Great Highland Road (1732) and the Highland Ry. (1863); the battle of Killiecrankie (27th July 1689) was fought on the plain at the top of the Pass; in vicinity of sta. are Killiecrankie Cottage and Killiecrankie House.
