Ruan Lanihorne, par. and vil., Cornwall,on river Fal, at the head of a creek of Falmouth Harbour, 3 m. SW. of Tregony and 5 m. SE. of Truro, 2227 ac., pop. 325; P.O., called Ruan High Lanes; has a quay for landing coal, timber, slate, &c.
